For Same Day Pickup orders picked up at your local Walgreens, please visit the store to request an exchange or refund.
For mail orders, please call our customer service team toll-free, at 1-866-264-2910, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.Mail order items cannot be returned to a local store.
For all refunds for Ship to Store for photo purchases please contact customer care at 866-264-2910. Please understand that Walgreens stores are unable to process refunds for Photo Ship to Store purchases.
There is no time limit on when a refund can be issued.
